My journey into appraisals and sourcing grew from a lifelong love of art, vintage, and antique items, paired with a background in art and project management. I believe every piece has a history worth knowing, and I love diving into the details to bring that story to light.
As an AIA/PACC Certified Antique Appraiser, I bring professional credibility to every engagement — whether working with individual collectors, estates, or donors establishing fair market value for charitable contributions. Rising Tide serves clients nationwide, offering both appraisal services and personalized sourcing for those searching for that perfect piece.

How it Works

Step 3
You review and decide
I present what I've found with photos, condition notes, and pricing. You approve the purchase.
No pressure, no obligation.
Step Two
I go to work
I search my specialty markets on your behalf. My antique appraisal certification helps me to evaluate quality, authenticity, and fair pricing.
Step 4
The piece is yours
Once you agree, you pay the deposit and 25% finders fee for me to complete the purchase. Remaining due at time of delivery.
